Our commitment to care
Simple cancellation guidelines that protect your spot
At Thornapple Dental Care, we value your time and the time of all our patients. To ensure we can serve everyone effectively, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. This fee must be paid before you can schedule any future appointments. We take missed appointments seriously—if two cancellations or no-shows occur without notice, you may be dismissed from our practice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain timely and quality care for all our patients.
